How is pricing calculated?
Transfers are quoted as a fixed fee per route; excursions and full-day charters are quoted hourly or per day. Send us your route and we confirm a firm price before you travel — no metered surprises.
Do you meet us inside the airport?
Yes. Meet & greet in the arrivals hall with a name board is standard at OR Tambo, Lanseria and Cape Town International, and we track your flight for delays.
How much waiting time is included?
Sixty minutes free after landing for international arrivals, thirty for domestic, and fifteen minutes on standard point-to-point pick-ups.
How many passengers and bags fit?
The V250d seats up to seven passengers in captain-style comfort, or five passengers with generous luggage for airport and lodge runs.
Can you provide child seats?
Yes — infant and booster seats are available at no extra charge. Please request them when you book.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before pick-up. Inside 24 hours a 50% fee applies; no-shows are charged in full.
